Since March 2020, we’ve run hundreds of online shows for both public and private organisations, from thousands of fans in a FRIENDS or Harry Potter Trivia Event, to intimate fifteen-person office teams. We also look after schools, not-for-profits, and sports clubs. as We have a custom made, beautifully presented interactive trivia platform bolstered with energetic live hosts. All the usual platforms are catered for as well including Zoom and Microsoft.

Pubs– 24 hours
Corporate/Social– 60 days. If we are notified within 60 days of the contracted date for the event of a wish to cancel, we require clients to pay the due amount in full as a prepayment fee for an event within 12 months of the original date. Exceptional cases will be dealt with on an individual basis.
Fundraisers– 60 days. If we are notified within 60 days of the contracted date for the event of a need to cancel, we require clients to pay the due amount in full as a prepayment fee for an event within 12 months of the original date. Exceptional cases will be dealt with on an individual basis.
Pubs Venues– Depends on frequency and location. There are introductory period special deals
Corporate/Social– Around $7-8 per head depending on number of players and location. Two formats – 60-90 minute, and unlimited
Fundraisers– Around $7-8 per head depending on number of players and location.
Pubs- 2 hours, 100 questions, 5 rounds, multi-format including games and video, swap and correct, prizes
Corporate/Social– Gold – 60-90 min, 3-4 rounds, game, video. Platinum – Up to four hours – 5-7 rounds , games, videos, breaks.
Fundraisers– 5-7 rounds , games, videos, fundraisers, customisation, Zoom planning meeting, breaks.
Answers are written on supplied answer sheets which are swapped with other teams for correction. Scores are then collated and displayed on the video screen in the venue.
All prizes and fundraising items are sourced and provided by the client. The quality and quantity is subject to the client’s budget and outcomes.
Pubs- We recommend venue vouchers for 1st and 2nd place teams and a modest prize, e.g. bottle of wine, jug of beer, for the half time game.
Corporate/Social– We recommend venue vouchers for 1st and 2nd place teams and modest prize/s, e.g. bottle of wine, jug of beer, for the inter-round game/s game/s.
Fundraisers-We recommend venue vouchers for 1st and 2nd place teams and modest prize/s, e.g. bottle of wine, jug of beer, for the inter-round game/s game/s. Fundraising items for raffles, auctions, audience games, etc are prvided by the client. TriviaOz will facilitae all activities.

Set up and equipment are provided for in the event fee. Extensive travel beyond the Greater Melbourne area may attract an extra fee.
We suggest a good team size is 6-8 players but we have catered successfully for individuals, and larger teams as well. We usually recommend a maximum of 10-12 players per team
We provide a system capable of dealing with the expected audience. If the venue has better facilities we will use theirs, or a combination of both.
All our events are multi format – written, pictorial audio, visual and audience-participation.

We provide all stationery necessary for live events, and answering medium for the online ones.

Yes. We emecee the event and help you achieve ALL your outcomes – fun AND fundrising while acknowledging all contributors, sponsors, suppliers and volunteers.

Start and finish times are set by the client to suit their outcomes, Breaks, too, are determined by the client. We are extremely flexible.
